Kate has handled many trademark and other intellectual property matters at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board as well as in the state and federal courts. Not only has she filed and successfully obtained hundreds of trademark registrations for clients all over the US, she also filed many foreign trademark applications and has worked with attorneys all over the world to obtain trademark protection for clients in other countries. Additionally, Kate is well versed in the realm of copyright protection after having filed numerous copyright applications at the US Copyright Office.
